Position: Telesales Representative
Location: Park View City, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated telesales representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. The telesales representative will work closely with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Identify customer needs and explain how the product or service can benefit them
- Answer customer questions and address concerns about the product or service
- Set appointments for sales representatives to meet with customers in person, if necessary
- Close sales over the phone and process customer orders
- Update customer information and sales records in the company's CRM software
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the product or service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- Comfortable working with computers and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to meet individual and team sales targets
