Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor
Service Advisor to join our growing team ! You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued customers who service their vehicles at our dealership. Your love of cars & dealing with the public coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your success as a Service Advisor.
Your Day To Day
•Create quotes & work orders for repairs
- Consult with technicians regarding repairs/maintenance & provide options to customers including in-depth information about available aftermarket & OEM part options
- Work with parts department to determine part availability & scheduling of future appointments
- Advise customers about warranty protections & potential cost savings What You Bring To The Table
- Minimum 1 year Service Advisor experience required
- Knowledge of CDK or similar systems is an asset
- A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
