Part Time Accountant [Malaysia]

Responsibilities:

  • Handle data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records
  • Assist in financial reporting.
  • Assist in inventory management.
  • Updating financial statements
  • Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Process payments as well as documents like invoices
  • Assist in managing the company's cash flow, including monitoring cash balances, managing banking relationships, and optimizing working capital.
  • Check all financial transactions for accuracy and disburse funds as needed

Review and track expenses and make reimbursements as they relate to specific projects and jobs

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting is preferable.
  • At least minimum 1-2 years of working experiences in finance/Accounting/with related working experience are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Preferably candidates who able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Malay.
