Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records
- Assist in financial reporting.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Updating financial statements
- Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Process payments as well as documents like invoices
- Assist in managing the company's cash flow, including monitoring cash balances, managing banking relationships, and optimizing working capital.
- Check all financial transactions for accuracy and disburse funds as needed
Review and track expenses and make reimbursements as they relate to specific projects and jobs
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting is preferable.
- At least minimum 1-2 years of working experiences in finance/Accounting/with related working experience are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Preferably candidates who able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Malay.
