The Telenet Shared Services team is responsible for managing, strengthening and further developing the delivery of a wide variety of services that Telenet as a supplier will be delivering to the new joint venture. This new company will be delivering gigaspeed reliable data networks by rolling out the data network of the future in Flanders, in homes and offices. The Telenet Shared Services will enable the new joint venture to deliver their ambitious goals by offering a wide array of services that are not at the core of their networks building scope. These services range from core and active HFC network services over a broad applications scope to all relevant operational aspects. Next to this key scope, several supporting services such as financial, ERP, HR,… are part of the Telenet Shared Services.

You will be part of the Telenet Shared Services Management team in the Product & Technology domain. You will work closely together with Telenet and the new joint venture professionals across the organization. Expect the biggest weight within the technological space. Given the brand-new setup with Telenet as a service provider to the new joint venture, only the high level framework has been designed. This offers the opportunity to be part of the team that shapes the future way of working in this space.

Your tasks as a Service Delivery Manager for Telenet Shared Services :

  • You are end-to-end responsible for the domain of expertise (technology for sure, can be either network or IT or a combination of both) and as such define its strategy, roadmap, way of working and most suitable resources required and act as a “go to” person for related questions and adequate actions
  • You manage the end-to-end service delivery, processes and ensure that the operational activities are correctly executed according to the guidelines, standards, defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), budget and priorities
  • You continuously follow-up on the different services/processes to ensure that they are in line with the predefined objectives and/or if the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and customer satisfaction are met
  • You drive the (strategic) transformation and continuous improvements, involving all the necessary stakeholders
  • You build and maintain regular and close partnership and relations with all the stakeholders, including (senior) leadership, you ensure that the service remains aligned with the business requirements and the customer needs
  • You ensure the quality of the delivered services and actively align with peers and other teams to secure good quality of service across all domains

  • Technology is very close to your heart, and you enjoy working in a tech environment.
  • You are passionate about improving relationships and want to create impact
  • You have 5-10 years of experience in service delivery management in an IT, software, operations or network environment
  • You are a servant leader, with strong people skills, high personal credibility & bridge builder attitude
  • You work autonomously, in a result-oriented way and have a strong focus on the customer, quality and budget targets
  • You are proactive and pragmatic – able to prioritize projects and agendas
  • You act as a trusted advisor for the customer
  • You are an effective communicator and relationship builder with a demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others through collaboration
  • You are an improvement oriented thinker who enjoys working in a demanding and collaborative environment. You have sound judgment, and an ability to make clear and succinct reasoned recommendations
  • You have well developed written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
