Position : Talent Acquisition
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Tenure: 1 year contract – renewable basis
Remuneration: RM 3,200 – RM 4,000
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the full recruiting cycle - identify, source, screen and offer candidates base on skill requirements from Capability Directors and line management
- Ensure quality sources to provide desired flow of recruits, including agency management
- Develop and execute recruiting communications strategies to ensure consistent messages tying in with employment branding initiative go out to the prospective candidates.
- Effectively market externally (professional networks, Social Medias, third party recruiters, search firms, vendors). - Promote and enhance internal referral program to encourage recommendations from staff.
- Evaluate and participate in job fairs and other external recruiting events. - Facilitate offer process and enhance the hiring experience for the candidates. - Responsible for new hire pre-joining logistics and conduct new hire on-boarding/induction program.
- Maintain and track recruiting KPIs e.g. cost per hire, Time to fill, Offer/Decline Leverage the company recruiting system

- Skills and Experience;
- An aggressive, high energy, driven and resilient recruiter who’s done min 1 years of Technology Recruiting.
- Compassionate and consultative mindset to support your candidates on every step of the journey, from initial contact, up until they walk through our doors on day one
- Work with the Recruiting Lead to partner the business to understand current and future demands
- Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment
- Experience in working or recruiting for a startup or high growth company
- Comfortable talking to people of any level, whether it’s in person, on the phone or in writing
- Ability to work within a diverse team environment

Salary: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
