Roles & Responsibilities
Location : Irrawaddy Road
Contract period : Immediate (6months)
Working hours :
Hybrid arrangement:
- New Phoenix Park - 3 days a week
- Deployed to Home Team Academy or Civil Defence Academy – Once a week (Not every week)
- Work from home – remainder of the week
Mondays to Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Min Qualification : GCE ‘A’ levels - $1,900 per month
Your duties and responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following:
- The project officer will be expected to seek out ground staff from various departments to arrange for interviews about the officer’s mental health. Establish rapport, trust, and conduct in-depth interviews with officers.
- Identify recurrent themes from interview findings, segregate findings into unique profiles of persons. Escalate care to in-house psychologists where necessary and highlight key findings to project leaders.
- Conduct surveys on select groups of officers, collect and compile survey data. Generate reports of survey and interview findings
