5+ years as a Programs Manager, Project Manager or related position.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
MBA is highly desirable.
Experience with managing a portfolio of projects and programs within the engineering industry.
Project Management certificate is an added advantage.
HSE knowledge, experience and certification is a MUST.
Good Knowledge with engineering products.
Excellent leadership and Project Management skill.
Excellent communication and presentation skill.
Ability to learn fast.
Good negotiation and networking skills.
