Supporting the Payroll Accounting for 10 countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Thailand and Japan) and 13 Legal Entities

Performing reconciliation and analysis of payroll balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness and resolve any discrepancies raised by FRA
-
Determine and evaluate risks and opportunities within the respective accounts

Evaluate transactions and balances to ensure they are properly communicated and recorded in accordance with FRA / ICFR / FRS requirements

Propose and execute actions necessary to ensure the integrity of the respective accounts

Prepare payroll accounting reports and provide analysis to management as needed

Works in partnership with BPA to address business queries where possible in-line with management request
-
Provide support during payroll audits and respond to any payroll account related inquiries

Works in partnership with FRA to support period, quarter and year-end closes as it relates to payroll relevant accounts

Will be involved in external audits by coordinating requirements, preparing and explaining required schedules for audits, and providing management with risks and opportunity analysis

Assist with SOX/audit controls documentation and testing requirements from internal and external auditors

Conduct and/or support HR to GL account mapping analysis and special projects (as required)

Experience and familiarity with SAP as well as transaction codes to perform analysis on specific GL accounts
